-40.5 lbs total. -36.6 lbs of pure fat. +5.4 lbs of lean muscle. Body fat down 10.3 points. Visceral fat down 29%.
That’s not weight loss. That’s a body recomposition: losing fat and building muscle simultaneously while in a caloric deficit. According to BodySpec, that’s rare. I’m now in the 94th percentile for lean mass and 97th for bone density for my age group.
