I find the group of pulmonary therapist to be attentive, effective, and compassionate towards their patient’s physical and well-being aspects of their health. The environment is always professional, with a bit of levity, as the exercise session goes along. The therapist are very attentive to each individual. It makes me feel at ease as I do my exercises. I’m sure the one on one attention helps many others too. I appreciate thier dedication and service.
I am going to BC-H since June for COPD. Management very good, professional and accommodating. All the techs are patient and good at helping me do the exercises. I feel that I'm stronger and my breathing is better. Receptionist does a good job and knows her job.5 in everyday. ACS
The staff is well trained, friendly, efficient, attentive to my needs. Excellent teamwork. Each of my sessions is well planned with a great variety of exercises. My health has improved significantly, I have more energy and I love it!
