I am a regular customer. I have been a customer for 12 years. I love my service. Whatever hairstyles I ask for that is the hair style I leave out with. The owner is my stylist she is without words impeccable. Her staff is very warm and greeting.I have seen her expand the business.Yes, I have been coming a long time. I will continue to come, because I know they take pride in my hair as I do.

I have been going to braid expert for years and today was the worse experience with stylist Michelle who sits in the chair next to Fatu. She actually braided my hair back in April and I asked for the same style which should definitely be the same price. She charged me $210 today she tried to charge me $260. I asked why the price change she ignored me and asked the other young lady what she wanted and went on to tell me she don’t have time to make an appointment and can’t do my hair and advised to let someone else do it because she has things to do.
