Boss Cleaners provides great service and workmanship. The business has been supported by locals for many years due to its fantastic service. The staff are super friendly and prices are as expected. Boss Cleaners is considered the most trustworthy cleaners, able to clean even ruined items. The owner is incredibly sweet and thoughtful, remembering customers and helping them. The business also offers alterations, fixing buttons and zippers. Customers highly recommend supporting this local business, with many considering it the best of the best. The clothes are always perfect, and the owner checks everything before giving them back.
The best of the best! I’ve been bringing them my clothes for almost a year now and I’ll go out of my way to take them here because they are the most trustworthy cleaners in Houston. I asked them to clean a formal dress that I thought was ruined with stains and when I got it back it was like a brand new dress! They’ve had my business ever since. Plus, they are incredibly sweet and thoughtful, always asking about my family ☺️ I love Boss Cleaners!
The absolutely nicest lady owns and works at this shop. She remembers you, and helps you to the car if you need it. The clothes are always perfect. She checks everything before giving it back. Support this local business!
Incredible Customer Service on dry cleaning and alterations. Pricing is very fair for this area in Houston, but it is the little things they do at Boss Cleaners that puts this place #1 in my book for Houston. I would recommend this place to anybody in a heart beat!
