I have taken both of my sons to see Ben.
I have a high school swimmer who Ben helps with his shoulders, elbows and knees. Ben takes his time to work on problem areas and shows him stretches to do when right. My son feels Ben can fix anything.
We recommend Bodysmith to all of our friends.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
As a former Tennis Pro & working on my feet all day, we all know it ain't easy. I am still recovering from a recent pinched nerve however, Physical Therapy twice a week just is not enough...Ben educated me on how to stretch properly and several techniques to gain strength yet avoid future discomfort.
Thx Ben for helping me quickly get back on track to running again & dancing for longer periods of time!!! The amount of knowledge & hands on experience Ben has is very impressive. You can feel the difference, & progress as he casually carries on great conversations simultaneously.
Book with Ben NOW because soon he'll be with the Houston Astros & he is truly worth every penny!!!
I’m a dance instructor from LA and got an amazing corrective massage at the Zouk Worlds championships! I’d love to have him in LA! Highly recommend and can’t wait for my next one! Thank you so much for your healing hands 💕
