I have been going to Boardroom for all my haircuts since 2019. I usually go to the Sugar Land and Katy locations,but I had a meeting close by and had time to get a cut. Thinking that this would be just like every other Boardroom I have been to. This was not the case. While the cut was fine, the service was not. I felt rushed from the moment I sat down, tried to have conversation but was met with a dismissive tone as if I shouldn’t be talking. I told the stylist how I want the cut and and when I told her about how I part my hair and to provide a “hard part” she told me it’s called and “precision line” and that it was an additional $16. As this is how I have been get my hair cut for years this was this first time someone as ever said this. For the remainder of the visit we sat in silence, finished up, and left. Like I said I have been a member since 2019 and this was the first time I have ever had an experience like this. While I will still be going to Boardroom, I will never come back to this location.

Rubi is the best barber I have ever had. She consistently provides top level service, exceptional haircuts/fades, and edge ups/beard trims. She is absolutely the reason why I keep coming back! 10/5⭐

Ruby was amazing hairstylist. Even though I was meeting her for the first time, it was like coming back to an old friend who knew how my hair works. Despite me asking for the vaguest direction of “Can I get a good short kinda cut” I came out with the confidence of a CEO. Thank you so much Ruby.
