I love Bluemercury and used to be a die hard Sephora loyalist, but I might risk my VIB Rouge status for Bluemercury because it feels like a mini Sephora for young adults; my only real complaints are one employee with very long black hair who often makes faces and seems consistently irritable, and a customer who spends about 400 dollars repeatedly, either monthly or every two weeks; the company should retrain that employee to better serve upscale clients and if she is unhappy she could work at Kohls since she never smiles; from my customer service experience you should leave your problems at the door and not bring them to work; I do appreciate that staff take time to...read full review
