Bluemercury is a retail business offering a wide variety of high-end beauty products from upscale brands. While the store's layout and product selection are well-organized, some customers have reported encountering unhelpful or cold staff. On the other hand, a few employees have been praised for their exceptional customer service and kindness. The business has a good collection of products, including fragrances from Aqua di Parma. Some customers have found success in receiving personalized help and advice from certain staff members, which has led to positive outcomes.
I have been shopping at this location for years and I love all the ladies that work there. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. Tamika is the best! She calls me to remind me of upcoming promotions and will set my favorite products aside for me so they are ready to purchase as soon as I arrive. She goes above and beyond and that makes me feel special like I’m their number 1 customer :) and that’s why I only shop at this location.
Tamika works in the Rice Village location and she is absolutely AMAZING. In fact, Tamika should be cloned!! Exceptional customer has become somewhat of an anachronism; fortunately, Tamika is old school!! Thank you, Tamika. You made my day!! Dr. R.
I have to admit I was nervous going into Bluemercury for the first time. I needed a new line of makeup but had no idea where to start. Rachel was absolutely amazing!!! She truly listened to what I wanted in a makeup and picked the perfect match. Rachel spent time not only choosing the perfect products but also made sure I knew exactly how to apply each one. I left with a huge smile and a new friend! As a small business owner myself, Rachel is exactly the type of person I would want working with my clients and representing my company! Bluemercury you now have a new loyal customer!
