It seems rare nowadays to come across companies that actually care, are on time, do a good job, and are pleasant to deal with. I've had Blue Label out a couple times, and each time they have done a great job. For estimates on fixes, they explain what is needed, show pictures, provide a fair price, and don't push you to make a decision. Service was excellent. I called on a Friday and they scheduled me for the following Monday, which is quick considering summertime in Texas. But then they bumped me up by two days and came the day after I called, which was even better! The technician, JC, was very knowledgeable and targeted the problem within 15 minutes. As he had the replacement part in stock in his van, I was up and running right away. JC was also very patient with me as he welcomed me hovering over his shoulder since I like to learn. He explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Blue Label Services.

The response time on thumbtack and phone were very quick. Shawn came out for my issue and was great! Came early. Communicated my issues and options well. Got the work done the same day and didn’t take too long. Very confident in the job done.
