My son and I have been patients here for years and have consistently had positive experiences. The office is walk-in only, so it can get busy at times. Still, whether there have been several patients ahead of us or just a few, the process is usually pretty smooth. Dr. Valdez and Dr. Gloria are kind, patient, and genuinely caring of patients. Their level of care has made our 45-min commute worth it. In reference to the negative reviews regarding the staff, fortunately, that has never been our experience. All is good so long as you don't have to call because it's rare to get an answer I actually had to drive there for something important that could have been done over the phone
I have been a patient of Dr. Valdez for many years now. I can not say enough about him and his staff they truly care about there patients. We are not just cattle they run through there clinic for the money’ Dr.Valdez is the real deal you won’t find a more genuine caring and compassionate doctor. I feel I can tell him anything and he won’t hold judgement against me , let’s all face it in life there are people that have to hold or hand through certain situations we may go through’ I know I am truly blessed that if I reach for a hand him an his staff will carry me through.
