Blackmon & Co Tax Service

I do not recommend using Blackmon & Co. for any tax services. I’ve been dealing with Shaterra for months regarding an amendment to my tax return, and the experience has been completely frustrating and unprofessional.

After initially contacting me, she promised to handle my amendment and provide paperwork “by tomorrow.” That was weeks ago. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times via text and phone calls, only to be ignored or given empty promises with no follow-through. She’s now completely avoiding my calls, despite me being patient and respectful throughout this entire process.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when handling something as serious as taxes. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this business. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and encouraging others to do the same.

People deserve transparency and reliability—Blackmon & Co. failed on both.
