Such a wonderful, compassionate vet office. When I had to say goodbye to my cat, they were so understanding and supportive, and even took his pawprints for me although I wasn't in any state to ask for them. They sent them to me in a card with heartfelt sympathy notes from the staff, and a particularly kind and comforting one from Dr. Desai, who saw him last. This kind of thoughtfulness is so rare in vet offices, and I'm so grateful to her for going above and beyond in giving care to my sweet boy and kindness to me as I had to let him go. The staff was soooo helpful. They made my dog feel welcome and treated him with some nice treats to get him comfortable. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I really appreciate their attention to detail and clear communication. Thank you so much to the techs and Dr. Jou!

I 100% recommend Bissonnet Vet Hospital. I love using their app to schedule appointments and ask questions, as the staff responds in a timely manner. Most importantly, we are currently in the process of an international move, and Dr. Frank and Kelli have been proactive and beyond helpful with this stressful move of our pup.
