Great place. I don't remember the lady who cut my hair but I've been here once when I was in high school and now. Price was $35 without tip for wash, layers, and bangs. Lady told me it was $35 because I had long hair. Service was quick.

Parking was a little hard but if you park on the street next to Pho Saigon you won't get towed (unless things have changed since writing this review).

I originally found Bich Nga Hair Salon while searching for haircuts under $50 and decided to walk in without an appointment. Huong was able to fit me in right away, and she was incredibly kind, fast, and efficient. It had been two years since my last haircut, and she carefully removed all the damaged ends while still keeping my hair looking healthy and fresh. The wash, cut, and blowout all came out beautifully.

Everything here is very responsibly priced, which is rare to find. My full service was under $50 including tip, and the quality was better than salons that charge much more.

Been going here for years based off a referral from a friend. My go to person is Houng, shes amazing. I had a nice shampooing. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted. I have medium to long, thick black hair. I wanted to get layers and side bangs but keep the length. She did it exactly how I wanted it. I left feeling like a queen after. Love this place!!
