Staff are unprofessional people. They so rude when they talk to their client. Always refuse to help or explain something to their clients. Please stay away from those people. They need to go back to school and learn how to treat people. They think people are animals like them.

I have worked for several provider companies..this is absolutely the worst and most unprofessional facilty. Two Nigerian/african woman, the older one especially has no customer service skills .She always calls yelling for information with no introduction and will just hang up on you. And the same with patients they are very rude to patients. If clock in device does not work on weekends or after hours, you will not get paid. Sometimes device gets stuck and will clock in or just out and eventhough you explain to them obviously you were at patient's home they will just say oh well..the state pays those hours though regardless, but you won't get day paid.
