Bernstein Realty was the best realty firm Linda Flederbach and I have ever worked with, and we have bought our fair share of properties! Amy Bernstein and Neil Silverman and their entire support team should have been called realtors / construction managers! They helped us through a complex transaction and we created a friendship that will last forever. We will only use Berstein Realty in the future and will recommend them to all of our friends! I’m truly grateful for the help Christina Pavlovich has lent me. She helped me focus my search based off my needs, and budget. She has been extremely responsive to any questions I have, and hasn’t steered me in the wrong direction. When I became overwhelmed by my circumstances, she even volunteered and came over to help me move. She has become a very dear friend. Wayne Cohen was extraordinary to work with; he is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to help me get my dream house. I used every single contact he recommended (for inspections, home insurance, etc.) and they did not disappoint. He made sure to answer all my questions and went over every detail of the process (since this was my first time buying a house). I can not be happier by his work!
