I am with Berkeley Eye Center for eight years now. I was really lucky to become a patient of Dr. Bac Nguyen, who is treating my glaucoma and who is, hands down, the best glaucoma surgeon there is. He is incredibly knowledgeable and familiar with all glaucoma surgeries and techniques available in the world today. He is incredibly nice and keeps me informed on the status of my glaucoma and the next steps he should take and why. I couldn't have been happier to be in the hands of a surgeon like Dr. B. Nguyen. I am also very impressed with Joe Hernandez, who is Dr. Nguyen's technician. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and is always available around the clock in emergencies. Both Dr. Nguyen and J. Great Professional Service - Well Trained Staff that is courteous and knowledgeable, putting the patient first. Appointments are on time with very little to no wait period. The Receptionist is always happy and willing to help - I love going to Berkeley and most of all Dr. Caplan and his Staff are great.
