Came all the way just to be updated my appointment was canceled. Family doctors can not see you in timely manner when you actually need them. Don’t bother to come if you have blue cross blue shield insurance (which is most people)

Everyone here is really nice they care they do their job so happily and it makes you feel so good! The people on the phone, the nurses, all Doctors and my Doctor Dr Uzamere are super knowledgeable. ?

So far I liked their doctors at Kirby location, BUT their customer service is not the best. Their billing department and appointment representatives are pretty rude, not professional. One time, their representative sounded she just woke up and was so slow, it wasn't even early morning time. Recently I was charged extra amount after a PCP visit, and the same issue happened to my daughter's first visit there last year. The billing department took so long to fix it for my daughter's. And now I am dealing with their rude attitude to solve the same billing issue for mine. The extra amount isn't a huge deal, but how they handle is upsetting me.
