Jose and Gary were great. Answered all of my questions, did the job quickly, cleaned up and did a good job. I wasn’t 100% happy with the initial consultation though. The salesman was really nice but didn’t give me accurate information. I’m guessing he just didn’t know and not that he was trying to deceive me. He told me my tile threshold would be removed and it would make the shower bed bigger and lower and that the new pan would be one piece and wrap around the new threshold plus it would have a slight lip around the pan that the walls would sit on. We had a fabulous experience with Jose & Gary from Bathfitter in Galveston, TX. They were efficient, effective, very polite and professional. They went over options and implications with easy to understand explanations. They were very cognizant of cleaning during the shower remodel. This is our 3rd experience with Bathfitter (prior being in NY) and we know the one day service is real. Kudos to Jose & Gary for a job well done!!!
The true asset to any enterprise anywhere, is not the advertising, nor the fancy building, nor the executive board, etc. The true and positive asset is and are its human resources. This is the case with the new Corporate Bath Fitter Company. There are two gentlemen who have been key to my total satisfaction with the Bath Fitter name. Mr. Juan, Customer Service Associate and Project Coordinator, and also Mr. Steve, the Super Star Pro Plumber of this company. These two fine key associates not only represent the company name, but they are what now makes and will continue to make Bath Fitter successful in the future.
