DO NOT let this company and their workers into your home around your female family members(especially if they are women of colour)!! Their apprentice along with two other men set upon and beat a First Nations woman. One holding her to the ground for the other two to stomp on her head & bash her with a pole/stick simultaneously. The owner of this company was notified and has unfortunately and appallingly condoned his employee’s violent behaviour by stating, “what he does in his personal life/time, I have no control over “, and “people on social media need to get the whole story before posting stuff online”. Fancy the owner of B & B Painting Contractors insinuating that there must be a perfectly good explanation for three grown men to beat a single woman senseless 🤮 the entire company is a disgrace 😡

I cannot recommend B and B Painters and Ron highly enough! From start to finish, this was hands down the best contractor experience I’ve ever had.

Communication was outstanding - Ron was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions promptly, kept me updated on progress, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. No surprises, no guesswork.

Reliability you can count on - Ron arrived promptly at 9 AM as scheduled and even texted to let us know he was on his way. When he gave me a timeline for completion, they stuck to it. In a world where contractors showing up on time seems like a miracle, B and B Painters treats punctuality and keeping their word as standard practice.

Quality craftsmanship - You can tell Ron and his team take genuine pride in their work. They took their time with prep work, didn’t rush through any steps, and paid attention to every detail. No corners were cut - they did things the right way, even when it meant extra work. The finished result speaks for itself.

Fair and transparent pricing - The quote was more than reasonable for the quality of work provided. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, just honest pricing for exceptional service.

If you’re looking for painters who combine professionalism, reliability, and top-notch craftsmanship, look no further than B and B Painters. Ron has earned a customer for life, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

I put my condo up for sale and was told by my realtor that I would have to repaint and fix some things up before I could get the price I wanted. B & B Painting came out and Ron the supervisor and his two crew men repainted my entire interior. They also replaced my toilet, got their sub contractor to redo my kitchen counter and bath tub. They repainted my cabinets also. The color on walls and cabinets were changed to a light gray. I can't thank them enough as 3 weeks later my condo was sold for the exact price I asked and payed in cash.

I hired Ron to paint the inside of my condo: kitchen, living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms...about 900 square feet. His price was $5085. I knew that was high but I wanted to support a local business. I vetted him and what I found was a little suspicious, but I thought I would give him a chance. I am an easy-going person. I found him here on Yelp so I thought this would be the best place to post my review and my experience. I paid Ron half, up front, with the other half due at the completion of the job. RESULT: He did show up. He was mostly on-time. Some of his work was good. Some of his work was sloppy. I found texture spray across my kitchen cabinets and texture spray on my bathroom fixtures. This was a result of plain carelessness. I found paint smudged on the brand new floor. I didn't say anything at the time because I figured there would be a general clean up and touch up before/after the final walk through. He painted the outer edge on some of the door frames but not the others. I had to ask him to put back my bathroom fixtures. He removed the mirror in one bathroom to paint the wall behind it. He did not remove the mirror in the other bathroom and just painted around it. I let that go because I plan on remodeling the bathrooms next year. He tried to just paint around a large mirror on an accent wall in the living room and argued with me when I said, "You need to remove it so the wall could be completely painted." He (His crew) was slow. The crew (2 guys) was pleasant, but it took them 9 days to paint a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms. And this doesn't include the kitchen. They did not clean up well after their work. Again, I thought they were going to do a final clean up after the job was completed. A red flag went up when the quote stated Behr paint, specifically, and he brought in samples from Glidden. To make it worse, when I questioned him about it, he told me that those were just the containers that the samples were put in. A red flag went up when he asked for partial payment before the job was completed. When I questioned him about it, it turned into a full-blown argument. He kept saying, "I'll be back. I'll be back". Out of good faith, I went ahead and paid him. That was a mistake. After the argument, I was leery if he really would show up to complete the job. He did show up this morning to complete the job: the kitchen. He was to apply the second coat of paint to the kitchen walls (which he denied that there was only one coat painted until I pointed out all the underlying paint that could still be seen) and to prime/paint the kitchen cabinets. And the red flags continue: When I asked him if I needed to move anything so he could reach the 2 small cabinets over the W/D in the back of the kitchen, he told me, "Those are not included. They will cost extra". He said they were not considered the kitchen. And this is after he mentioned nothing about that when painting the walls in the back of the kitchen by the W/D. I said of course they are part of the kitchen. After arguing with me about that, I said, "Fine, whatever, I will paint those cabinets." At that point, I just wanted him to finish the job, clean up everything, do the final walk-through and leave. He then he told me that part of the kitchen wall was going to be flat (without texture). He didn't bring his tool to finish it. He told me that he left his materials (quick-set mud, etc.) at another job site. I said, "No, the wall needs to match the rest of the wall, per the proposal". (Common sense, right?) He then brought up the payment. ???? Not only was he paid exactly according to the proposal, I paid him most of the balance before he even completed the job. When I reminded him of that, he called me a liar. Let me repeat that: HE CALLED ME A LIAR. And I know you know what's coming ..... He walked off the job. I honestly, don't think he ever intended to do the work. He left the kitchen walls half texturized and half painted, he left all of the kitche

When first speaking they said they would be able to get us in the 22, then later that week it had changed to the 29. About a week ago, we had a water leak which would effect the ceilings being painted, ended with a hole in our ceiling, called to see if we could get a quote. A few days before the 29, one of the guys reached out stating that he would be coming to do the dry wall and did not mention anything about painting, Stated my job would have to be pushed back because I had not given a deposit, when the guy specifically told me to hold off on the deposit. The lack of communication and then the harassment stating I was not a good match. Unbelievable.Poor customer service. I had my schedule planned around this and I don’t believe this company was going to reach out until the 29

We would really like to highly recommend Ron Clacher, owner of B&B Painting Contractors, 281-488-3513, c) 832-202-7890, email:[email protected]. Last week his crew finished all the drywall repairs (old foundation drywall cracks), popcorn ceiling use issues, and painting of our house interior and garage. Ron is very knowledgeable, and his crew, Tony and Chris were polite, punctual, highly professional, and very skilled at their job. They also did some extras like caulking, helped remove some light fixtures, and miscellaneous extras (touchup) that went above and beyond our expectations! Ron even came by today and helped fix our dryer vent which another company (name not mentioned) never installed and it was badly leaking hot air inside the utility room. (We bought the clamps & Ron & Tony) fixed our dryer vent. Also Ron is very reasonable on his pricing and we will highly recommend him for interior painting. Our exterior was done by another company a few years ago and quite sloppily, too. Please give Ron a call for drywall repair, painting, inside/outside painting and he does custom stuff too, like painting garage floors, etc. and has been painting for 20+ years. Highly recommend! Impressive workmanship. Also, he is insured. You won't be disappointed!!
