This was my first time getting my car detailed. Hassim and his team were very professional. They addressed any questions and concerns I had before booking and there was no pressure to go with them.
They paid a lot of attention to detail and the work came out incredible, the car looks like new again.
I appreciate how they came on time, didn't leave trash, and put everything back the way it was before leaving.
I contacted Nassim about detailing my dealer-loaned car. He offered to come to my house to do it and gave me a price range. I was dealing with an asthma attack caused by all the Houston pollen right now, so this was very helpful to me. When he arrived snd looked st the car he gave me a firm price, which was very reasonable.
The dealership is very picky about their rentals and I noticed someone had scratched the passenger side of the car with something in a parking lot. Nassim was able to buff out the scratches completely. He detailed the car in-and-out impeccably, buffed the car getting out all of the scratches, and ArmorAll-ed the tires. Amazing service, very professional and maintained excellent communication. The quality of the detailing was splendid, we did both inside and exterior--highly recommend! Looks brand new after!
