Waited 30 minutes to be told I need income verification before I could be seen (although no one told me this prior to appointment) when I tell them I have insurance they say oh ….. the provider you were supposed to see hasn’t been at this clinic in over a month so we need to reschedule you ! While I’m in the chair another appointment confirmation text reminding of my appointment that they have no provider to complete. No one called me! Very Unorganized, misinformation and a total waste of time.

Took a week to get my prescriptions. Also was told I’ll have a follow up visit to discuss the imaging that I went to and had to pay for on 1/20/23. Well it’s 3/10/23 and I’ve been calling to set an appointment but can’t get through. I did a medication request on my chart a month ago. Still no response tho. This is pathetic

DONT EVER in your life go here !! I was suppose to be seen by a Dr.Lopez for my prenatal care i get to the appointment filled out 100 pages of paperwork just for them to tell me he wasn’t able to come in and see me he had a emergency. They claim they called me but i never received a call text message or anything. These people knew this man wasn’t going to see me before i even showed up .. but when i walked in they still gave me paperwork and had me wait without saying a word to me.
