We had an excellent experience working with Evan and his team at At Home Expert. From start to finish, Evan helped us seamlessly execute several major renovations to our new home, including replacing the floors, painting the entire house, and installing new kitchen countertops. What really stood out was Evan’s ability to manage all of this under a tight timeline without compromising on quality. These guys exceeded my expectations with the flooring and stairs! They are respectable, informative, and very proficient with their work and interactions! Evan and his team are awesome! I’m usually not so inclined to leave reviews but working with this company for my flooring project definitely made the exception for me. I made initial contact online. I was contacted almost immediately about setting up an appointment to view floor samples and to obtain preliminary information about my project and what color ranges I was interested in. Life got in the way and I had to put off my appointment for awhile but they kept in touch without being pushy. When I was finally ready I spoke Evan the sales representative and he confirmed the initial information I had provided and was informed he would be bringing out floor samples in my desired color ranges. When Evan showed up I was immediately impressed with his demeanor and how detailed he was in finding the right product and providing the specifications of the product I was choosing.
As far as Evan as a sells rep I couldn’t have been more pleased. He wasn’t high pressure and he explained the entire process and kept in touch throughout the process.
The installation crew showed up at the designated date and time. I have to say they were efficient and made the installation a whole lot less intrusive than I was expecting which was a huge plus. I have to say the workmanship is top notch in my opinion.
Lastly I couldn’t be more pleased with my product selection. I went with a LVP due to having two small dogs that run the household. In my opinion this ended up having the appearance of a hardwood floor and its overall appearance added a richness to my home.
Overall this was a great experience starting with my sales representative Evan, the installation crew and the quality of product that At Home Expert provided. I highly recommend giving them a call and see the professionalism for yourself.
