We want you to know how thankful we are for the quality service we received from Richard Fulks of ASAP Air. Last year Richard installed a brand new A/C and heating unit for us. He did a fabulous job and it worked like a dream. We have an old home with some pretty frustrating electrical issues that caused a problem with our thermostat this summer. Richard could have easily told us to spend a fortune fixing the electrical, but that is not what he did. He found a solution for us that simple and far less expensive. He is honest, professional, and goes the extra mile for his clients. We fully trust his extensive knowledge and professional judgement when it comes to the care and maintenance of our A/C. He is an incredible asset to ASAP Air and is the reason we will keep coming back.
