We recently purchased a new Beazer home and were advised that Arrow Termite and Pest Control was provided by my builder for the first year. Luis was our technician and did an outstanding job of providing service and answering all our questions. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Luis or with Arrow. Hayden did an excellent job in explaining everything and thoroughly cleaning all my soffits and getting rid of any webbing I had. He did a great job even before showing up. He called in advance to make sure I was at home which I really appreciate because I wasn’t and so he rescheduled for me without any issues. I appreciate him calling before coming out which gave me time to make sure I was home to put up my dog. Thanks Hayden!
