More like Arms of Hopelessness! I have been trying to donate my two perfect couches since December 2025 and I keep getting they don’t have availability until January

Come January they weren’t available slots for my area until February and I scheduled a pick up February and on the day I called and emailed around 2 pm to make sure they were still coming and this Finley dude that always sounds like he’s just waking up from sleep whenever I call said “let me check” then he comes back to say he’s gonna forward to collection team and get back to me.

I'm honestly very confused. I drove to a different town to what was supposed to be a donation box, and I arrived, and it's a shell gas station, and the location that is pinned is a dumpster, not a donation box. A dumpster is this a joke?

Zero stars if I could. Had to schedule my pickup 2 weeks in advance. Made sure I gave them everything they needed and had everything set outside nice and neat for them. The drivers didn’t even bother to come to the right address and they snapped pictures of a random place to “document” them showing up.I called them multiple times that day to check on the status of the pickup and all I got was “it’s still scheduled for pickup” only to find out at 4:30pm that the person who scheduled my pickup didn’t properly put in my address.
