Apparently Arizona will no longer sell to builders. Rayburn Builders has used them for years in both granite and tile. Builders that like to accompany their clients through the selection process to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want. Or, have the clients designer accompany them as they pick their selections can no longer do that.
Brilliant business decision. To bring clients and designers to your business and then not allow them to pay for the products you sell.

Our builder sent my wife and I to Arizona Tile in Houston to select tiles, flooring and countertops for 2.5 baths, a laundry room, kitchen cabinets with an island. Upon entering this huge store, we were warmly greeted by Margaret Tobin who proved to be an expert at showing us around and how the showroom was set up to exhibit various groupings of products and colors making the selection process much easier than imagined.
Once we found a tile flooring, shower wall tile or countertop we liked, Margaret was very quick to match other tiles of different shapes, sizes, and patterns complimenting or matching colors to complete each and every room. She has an incredible knowledge...read full review
Great quality and the salespeople were super helpful. They have a map of the slab yard, which made the process much easier than other places where we shopped. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for stone or tile.
