I called AquaTech for a move out carpet cleaning for a home we’ve been in for 20 years. The carpet had issues with heavy pet stains. Carpet looked great when it was wet. After drying the stains came back. I was a little disheartened but called back and Ivan came back the next day and explained with heavy pet stains it might be a process that he was very familiar with. It took about 30 mins and I was very surprised and pleased with how good it looks compared to before. Their customer service was spot on and not something you see much of nowadays. Amazing experience with this company! Juan was super knowledgeable and explained everything perfect! They came and checked out the ducts and cleaned the vents and explained the situation we were having and solved our issue! I could not ask for a better experience with a company.
