Been going here since January 2021 for injured disk in back and nerves. My pain was severe on left side down to my left knee, 24-7. Since coming to AMPT, my pain is much less severe. Madison and Jamie are great PTs and really experts at what they do. In fact, all of the PTs here are. I still have a way to go, but I know AMPT is the place that will help me.

Have been with AMPT for nearly five years. Michael, Madison and others have been very responsive to my needs. Always willing to adjust the routine. With very pleasant demeanor and a clean /well equipped facility, what else do you need?

I give AMPT a high rating. Madison really worked with me and took her time with me. Even though I went there a short time the rehab and exercise really helped me. I am able to walk better without pain.I love the app and continue doing the exercises. Thank you Madison so much for everthing and Michael for allowing me to get more elastic bands. I strongly recommend AMPT.Is worth it and you will come out of there much better. I can't forget about Receptionist Grace who is very friendly and awesome an caring.
