America’s Best has been great over the years, but this year was different and her name is Qualayshia! She made the experience phenomenal! She’s warm, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and kind. She’s a fabulous listener and never rushed the conversation. I knew I was getting the quality & care everyone desires when seeking care from health professionals. Thank you, Qualayshia! You Rock!

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of frames to choose from and are reasonably priced. I do wish it didn't take so long to get your glasses

Berchelle and Lester really went above and beyond to accommodate me. After a bad experience at another America's Best they really took ownership and I'm so happy I found this location. Thank you guys so much. Especially Lester; If you need anyone to help you pick a cute pair of glasses call on him.

I’ve been having issues with the adjustment of my glasses, and today when I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed. I was explaining my concern with how the glasses were making my skin peel and that it can’t be the metal because none of my other metal glasses have done this to me and I was being dismissed as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was helped but it didn’t seem like they wanted to

Misinformation vastly across-the-board I genuinely regret that I got a exam here but I will never make that mistake again. You should definitely consider somewhere else anywhere else but here If you're going for your contact exam or contacts in general

My parent just got scammed here. Order 2 glasses, but when they came in to pick up, the technician said they only pay for one glasses despite the order requested were for 2. When they request to see the order request, they refused. They then offer to sell them another cheap pair for $30 as a special discount. The staff here are not professional and will use trick to get the sale. Be aware.

Absolute worst customer service. Been a customer for years and I ordered contacts thru them which take 2 weeks to come into the store. I personally ran out of contacts they wouldn’t even give me a trial pair so I can go to work and be able to see and live my daily life. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Very rude
