Excellent service! They were very fast and came the same day to fix my AC. Judith, who scheduled my appointment, was very helpful and found a same-day time for me. The technician, Jason, was very knowledgeable and helpful—he explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly. Super professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
Jason was incredibly awesome! I called the company and they were here within two hours of calling them . He explained exactly what was happening with my air and furnace system. He was respectful, and honest. I now have a forever air and heating company.
Had a problem with my AC so I called American Pro at 7am on a Saturday and they had my AC fixed and were gone by 8am. The AC had a bad start capacitor. Easy fix for them. Not so much for me. Thanks for the quick response. My wife was very happy.
