Based on the reviews, American HomePatient is a place with nice staff and an organized company. The employees, including Lana, Anna, Benjamin, Manul, Ms. Casey, Casey Bell, Ana, and Manuel, are helpful and provide excellent customer service. Patients were highly informed on the process of using their machines and received appropriate oxygen equipment and supplies. Staff members went above and beyond, with one coming to a home to make corrections when a small issue presented itself. Another employee helped a patient acquire a new sleep apnea machine very quickly over the Christmas Holidays. The delivery person was very good. The company cares about their patients and has everything organized and together. It is a pleasure to be attended by the staff, who save the days.

This company has everything organized and together
From Anna to Benjamin to Manul
Made sure I received the appropriate oxygen equipment and supplies.
When small issue presented itself Manual came to my home and made corrections.
Great company who cares about their patients.

Upon arriving at American Home Patient office, I was greeted by Ms. Casey. She was very cheerful and thanked me for coming to my appointment early and I thanked her for letting me in early. After greeting each other she had me to come into the office and we began to get me fitted for my mask. I really appreciated her for the conversation as well. Excellent job Ms. Casey keep up the good work. Thumbs 👍 up to Ms. Casey.
