Courteous and knowledgeable person at counter. Sorry forgot his name. On Friday late afternoon our AC pan started to leak and water was coming out from the ceiling. While we called several different stores to find the pan to replace time was 10 minutes to the closing and guy told us he could wait for us. We picked up the pan and he also provided us with hardware and instructions to install it. Thank you very much for all your help! You are truly our savior!
