I had to cancel my appointment and gave almost 48 hours of notice because I found out my mother only hours or days to live. Sabina had 0 compassion - none, whatsoever! She actually stated that she had four kids and had to go in to work because she didn't get my message. She also questioned my integrity by asking "Why are you calling now if you left a message?" I called again to make sure she received the message. It is not my fault that she doesn't have a higher level of technology to receive messages or have a competent staff. This is supposed to be an "Affluent" establishment and have the best of the best of everything. Their prices most certainly are the highest. I will not ever go there again! They are there to pamper and give great customer service and instead they are dispassionate.

Lilliana is the sweetest and very professional. I always enjoy my time at Chrysalis. The atmosphere is very relaxing. From basic facials to extreme treatments... she is an expert. Sabina has created a wonderful oasis.
