We have used their services on two separate occasions since they are the recommended provider with our home builder.
1) Our sink FELL out of the countertop in our home and we requested they come same-day to disconnect the sink from the drain lines until the countertop company could come and do the necessary repair. The initial representative who answered the phone said it wasn’t necessary. However, a manager later communicated with us that the sink in question was indeed connected to the AC drain line.
