This towing company has an m.o of stealing possessions from the cars towed to their lot. Manager and employees are unprofessional and extremely sketchy when asked about missing possessions from the vehicle. If you have a choice, do NOT tow here. Disgusting company.

My Car Got Towed Here & By The Reviews I Was Scared I Was Gonna Have A Problem Getting My Car. From The Time I Called To The Second I Arrived We Got Nothing But Respect And Great Customer Service . We were in and out in nothing less than 10-15 minutes . My car even needed a jump and he assisted with no problem .

Sat for over an hour waiting to pick up a car. Woman walked up to me, I asked if she works here, she said no then used her key card to enter the front door. So she lied to my face. This business needs to be shut down. I still don't have the car and it screwed me over for the entire weekend. I got to this property during their posted regular business hours. The bays were open, workers present in the shop but the storage was closed and door were locked, they had closed signs saying they're closed, and no answer to my many calls placed to their posted number on their website. I called TDLR. Will be handling further push for penalties on their negligence come Monday... read full review
