If you donate. They offer no way to cancel your recurring monthly donation and will not communicate with you. After donating for over a year I will have to retain a lawyer and/or contact the media to stop my donation. Very sad this is how they treat donors.Update: The next day I was contacted and my donation was finally canceled. I enjoyed donating for a good cause and only canceled because I prefer my donating to revolve around to many organizations. I appreciate being contacted and would advise to make the cancelation process obvious and easy as to maintain a good reputation. So donors can leave under good circumstances and possibly return in the future.

I am client of Alliance my case manager was Jawad Mohammad, he is very helpful and picking his cell phone anytime I need help or suggestion. I wish him best of luck. I wish every client should have this kind of case worker.
