As a first-time customer, I had a great experience here! I brought in my favorite JINS glasses for a temple repair, and they were upfront about the difficulty from the start due to the design. I really appreciated that they were determined to see if they could fix it and kept me updated throughout the process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Their communication and effort meant a lot, and with some team effort, they were ultimately able to repair my glasses.
At pickup, the kind gentleman who looks a bit like Jack Harlow was very patient and detailed when adjusting the glasses for a better fit. They actually fit better than how I originally had them. I’m glad to have them back. Thank you for taking the time and care!

Friendly staff and glasses repaired within the day. Paid in the ballpark of $150 to repair two pairs of glasses. The plastic Ray-Ban‘s were the more expensive to repair due to the location of the break.
Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a revival an old pair of glasses!

1 out of 5 stars – Absolutely terrible experience I took my glasses in for a simple repair and the whole visit was a nightmare. First, they made me wait over 2 hours just to get them looked at—no apology, no explanation, nothing. The young woman at the front desk was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in—short, dismissive answers, rolling her eyes when I asked basic questions, and basically acted like I was bothering her by being there. Worse, the repair didn’t even last. They advertise a 6-month warranty, but my glasses broke again on day 29. When I called to ask about it, the same attitude continued—no sympathy, no urgency, just “bring them in” like it was my fault. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Poor service, poor quality work, and zero accountability. Never again.

Everyone was professional and my glasses were fixed as promised! However, I was quoted minimum $69 as the lowest price for reattaching one temple. The person gave two options for reattaching. I paid the $69. Someone came in for the exact same service (I looked over and saw their glasses were broken in the exact same place) they were offered the same two fix options but $59 was the lowest offered to them. I asked the lady why he was offered this price and she just said it just depends. It didn’t add up because the same spiel that was given to me on how to reattach temples was the same given to them. One option is a restoration back to original functionality and one was a fix where you can’t bend/hinge it the same but it’s reattached. Me and the other customer had the exact same issue.

This place is awesome. I had the pleasure in dealing with Joshua. He was both so friendly l, and knowledgeable. He switched out my old prescription from my sunglasses into the new sunglasses. Both were Goodr OG’s. He did it in a snap. Probably 5-10 minutes. I happened so quickly. Joshua, you are very friendly, and have great customer service skills. Thank you again

My glasses were accidentally sat on and were bent out of shape pretty badly. All American Eyeglass Repair fixed them on the same day. Very friendly and professional service at reasonable cost. 100 percent recommend.

Wow!! I was told that Josh and his father repair glasses so well they look brand new—and they absolutely delivered. I brought in my Cartier sunglasses after accidentally bending the metal arm. I expected some visible flaw after the repair, but not at all—they look like new. Truly impressive craftsmanship. I highly, highly recommend this place for anyone with damaged or injured glasses. Pure genius!
