As someone who is transgender and non-binary, that first impression means everything, and this team absolutely delivered. The environment was inclusive, respectful, and affirming in a way that felt effortless and sincere.
Parking was easy, check-in was quick, and Megan, the front desk staff member set the tone immediately. They consistently used gender-neutral language, not just with me, but with others as well, which made the space feel intentionally inclusive, not performative. They were also mindful of my time, which I really appreciated.

I came in this time and Shannan Naiser worked with me, she was very attentive to detail and also insisted on doing a FREE chemical peel for the congestion on my cheeks that I struggle with daily, it’s been a week and a couple days since I went and my skin has improved ALOT and I haven’t had any breakouts, she also did my Botox and lip fillers as well and scored me a HUGE discount!!
