I’ve been going to Ms. Mary for some time now and she’s always been very sweet and quick. She’s who changed my threading experience and I thank her.
Update: nothing new to say, but the fact that the best shredder in there is Miss Mary, and I love her!

One would think the task of threading eyebrows to create an arch shape would be easy but for 15 years living in Saudi Arabia I was never able to find a single specialist who could give me a subtle arch. In result it caused my eyebrows to become straight. I was in the area and because of an event I was going to attend I asked to have my eyebrows cleaned. Raheela was able to clean my eyebrows and bring back my natural arch. From very far as I sat up I could tell that she did her job excellently. The first thing I said was "I want to keep my unibrow" and I touched it. The first pull was my unibrow, and I jumped up and she said it was just a mistake. I am so hurt, my hair is so important to me, and I feel very unheard and minimized. I tried to leave twice but she offered to do my full face.
I wasn't asked to pay, so that's nice at least. (2 stars for not making me pay). But I would pay twice to get what I asked for. I'm so upset, and feel very minimized.
