My sessions with Arrosti Simi Irani, DC was a excellent experience. Before starting treatment, I couldn’t walk without limping. After just five sessions, I feel great. I’m finally able to return to my normal routine and enjoy life again.
Dr. McGowan and JJ were genuinely one of the warmest and most professional duos I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I came in dealing with persistent back pain, and after just three sessions between the passive treatment work and the careful execution of the recovery exercises tailored specifically to me, I feel great.
What stood out most was how attentive, knowledgeable, and invested they both were throughout the process. They made me feel comfortable from day one and actually took the time to explain the “why” behind everything we were doing.

This was the best treatment I tried so far and it has helped reduce my back pain. I’ve also learned many techniques that I can apply each day to keep me close to no pain. Dr Arnold and Mykaeli are excellent!
