All of the servicemen were polite, considerate and open to answering questions about the job, both for me and my wife. I trust their expertise and diligence in getting the job done beyond our expectations.
The technician(s), were both courteous and professional. AirCon installed my a/c units and due to scheduling issues, I used a major plumbing and a/c company to do routine service. They broke a schraeder valve and all my refrigerant leaked out. We were without a/c in our bedrooms for 5 days. Lakota and another technician fixed the issue and had us cooling again. The cost was extremely reasonable in this messed up economy. I look forward to only using AirCon for my future needs.
I have used Aircon for several years and always get 5 star results. They are responsive and have my aging units up and running through the hot Houston summers. All of their staff is top notch and a pleasure to deal with. A special thank you to Lakota and Kathleen. Lakota provided service to my units on several occasions and always takes the time to make sure we understand the issues and repair process. Kathleen who does the scheduling is professional and responsive. Everyone I talked to Aircon has been great!
