I had a great experience with the Air Star Now team that replaced my AC unit. They actually replaced my unit in within 24 hours of our initial conversation about needing a replacement unit.
The installation crew worked diligently throughout the day which had some on and off rainfall, and left the area clean when the job was finished. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the new system is operating as expected.
What stood out most was their communication and commitment to customer service from Perla. She kept me informed throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward.
A friend referred me to Air Star Now and I couldn’t have been happier. Top class professionalism and service. The technician Alan Elliott went above and beyond to explain and show me what was going on with the unit and laid out the options and pros and cons. They were second opinion which without telling them confirmed my hesitations with the first opinion I had gotten from a company who I had used consistently in the past. Our AC stopped working the Friday before Memorial Day. A technician came out that night and assessed the situation and found the compressor needed replaced. Michael and Ivan promptly showed up Saturday morning, clearly communicated the issues and finished within a few hours. Thankfully the repair was covered by a warranty and Air Star Now was prompt to respond and fix it. Both Michael and Ivan were polite and very professional and got us feeling the cool air asap, which was important with a house full of people on a holiday weekend. We can't recommend Air Star Now enough!
