Quick neat service but the tech cut my toe while he was clipping my nails and everyone tried to act like it didn’t happen… and he told me it was ok smh… like how do you know how I’m feeling smh… no discount or anything and I left out bleeding and my toe was very sore hopefully I don’t get an infection…

This place will make u feel like u getting free services, when you know u are paying your hard earned money . They only have maybe 1 to 2 ppl who can actually shape your nails right and do your feet . Everybody else about to rush your nails not take the time to shape them right or apply the acrylic right. Don't be a picky person like me attitudes start flying and then they start talking about u in they language. When I told them don't make turn on a translator they shut up

I normally get my nails done by Theresa and have no complaints. However, on my last visit she was rude to me and rushed through my nails. I politely explained my concerns and decided to go to a different nail shop. Today, I chose to give it one more shot and that was a huge mistake. I wasn’t acknowledged upon entering the establishment. I sat down and waited about 5 minutes. Another lady came in and she was acknowledged and serviced immediately so I stood and inquired about the wait. I was told the lady I was waiting on was going home and I’d have to wait until after they helped the guest that came after me. I left and will not be returning.
