Words will not completely convey my extreme disappointment with the high cost/low quality of this firm. I previously did my taxes using tax software. I now wish I would have continued this same approach for my 2024 taxes.

My original intent was to work with the tax firm of Teresa A. Ferruzzo, CPA, LLC, however in January, 2025 I was informed this firm would merge with abip CPAs & Advisors.

If I could give ABIP zero stars, I would. They never answer my emails or calls in a timely fashion, never follow-through with anything they promise to do, such as contacting the IRS or calling me back... Unless it's to collect payment! And in the end it turns out they actually failed to file the return at all, so I'm now having to do it myself 2 years after the fact, after having paid them more than $500 for the pleasure of it all. Perhaps they were good at one time, but this is the worst experience I've ever had with an accountant.

We taken personal and business tax work to Dave Zurbriggen at ABIP for more than 20 years with complete confidence in the accuracy and timeless of his work. And we've benefited greatly from his explanations and advice. I can't imagine doing better.
