My name is Michael Singleton Mr. Mario did an amazing job not only does he have amazing Customer Service but he said he was gonna be here today between 8 AM and 10 AM and he literally got here at 8:08 AM so not only did he do an amazing job but he also stands by his word
Mario provided outstanding service today. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave us probables before starting the repair, so we knew what to expect. Once he found the issue, he fixed only what was needed and never tried to upsell us on unnecessary work. This is when you know you have a good company and a good tech.He was also friendly and personable-which made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
