Barwood HOA in Houston used A-1's services for the installation of a walking trail for our neighborhood. John Mather was our POC - John was attentive, available, and extremely helpful. This was a small project in comparison to what A-1 typically does, but they provided us with the same excellent service. Also, they were very easy to work with and offered onsite adjustments with a quick turn around. Since installation of the walking trail, our park has gotten more use than any other amenity. Brandon and the A1 team have done a fantastic job of submitting proposal to McCarthy Building Companies. They are extremely thorough and ask great questions about the scope of work they are bidding. You notice that they put a lot of time and energy into their proposals cam cover all the scope of work asked for. They even fill out and submit all documents required at bid time. Working with this team is always a great experience.
