I had a terrible experience with this phone shop. I was given a specific date for when my phone would be ready, but that date came and went with no update. What’s worse is that it ended up taking over a month to get my phone back.

I had to go to the store four different times, and every single time my phone was still not ready. There was always some excuse, and no real accountability.

On top of that, they tried to tell me my phone had another issue that it never had before. When I told them I didn’t want that “problem” fixed because it didn’t exist, they suddenly said it was fine and didn’t need fixing anyway—which just made the whole situation feel dishonest.

Overall, very unprofessional, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is terrible. I went here on March 6th and placed a deposit to get my phone screen fixed on the next day of, Saturday March 7th. On the 7th I went there to get my screen replaced. I wasted my time because no one called me and told me that my screen didn't arrive yet, so I finally came back on Sunday the next day and got my screen fixed but no one called me to let me know that my screen arrived, I basically had to just show up because they don't answer their phone. They have bad communication skills. My screen was working fine that day but I noticed that when I talked to people on my phone, they always hear a loud echo through their phone and multiple people told me the same thing when I talked to them on the phone, so my speaker or microphone was damaged on my phone and I don't know if they damaged my microphone, while they were replacing my screen or what but the sound was very distorted. On the next day which was Monday, I woke up Monday morning and my phone couldn't even turn on anymore, the screen was just blank. I went to the store and told them the problem because I had warranty, they got mad at me and told me that I broke my own phone, which is a lie. He said I dropped my own phone. He went in the back and cracked my screen, and chipped my phone, blaming it on me because I approached him about my phone stopped working after they replaced my screen. Do not come to this place, they are scammers and disrespectful. They'll damage your phones even more and blame it on you. Listen to me and don't believe all the positive reviews. This place deserves zero stars. Do not come here at all!!!!!!!
