Rapheal and his team came when they said that they would and provided an all round highly efficient and reasonably priced service. They ensured there was no debris during and after the clean and paint which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely get them back in the future.
Received an immediate call back from the company when requesting a quote. Showed up the next day and corrected all the issues I was having with the firebox and chimney. They kept the work area clean, arrived on time and updated me on everything that they were doing. Looking forward to trying out the fireplace as soon as I can.
As others have said, it was a pleasure dealing with Rafael and his company. I wasn't even on site. I was across town at another property and unable to meet Rafael in person. I gave them access to lock box key and Rafael kept me informed with video and pictures of what needed to be repaired and serviced. The pricing was clear beforehand. Job was completed professionally, efficiently, and thoroughly.
