Raphael and Daniel from 832 Service, came into our home and explained in very good details the best course of action to get our fireplace back up and running. Without there quick response and reasonable scheduling we may have not been able to be prepared for the cold snap headed our way. These guys, went straight to work and really did an amazing job on the all around work. Every penny spent was worth the safety of our family and both Raphael and Daniel have successfully made that happen.
832 serviced our fireplace and chimney on January 2, 2024. Scheduling was very easy and their availability matched perfectly with our holiday break schedule. Even with a four hour arrival window, the technicians showed up during the earlier part of the time estimate; a huge plus right there! They were both very courteous to my husband and I, and they were very mindful to be careful around our furnishings, carpet and rugs. They were even patient with my two nosey and noisy pups. I just wanted to tell you that Rafael and the team did an outstanding job! They cleaned and inspected my fireplace and found areas that needed repairs before it got worse! They took pictures and explained in detail what they found, how it presented as a problem, what would happen if not repaired, how they would repair it, and a very close estimate of how much it would cost, all upfront! I felt such confidence in their briefing that I decided to have them do the repairs immediately! And they did excellent work! I am very pleased with the results! I highly recommend Texans Chimney!!
