I have been bringing my IDD (Special Needs Residents) here for about 10 years. We come because of the price and how quickly the hair gets done. We don't want anything fancy, just simple clean, neat cuts. Normally, that's what we get. My complaint here is customer service. No one has never greeted us when we walk in. They are the most unpleasant, not rude, people. No 'good morning, we will be with you shortly'. The only conversation is 'next, what you like?' No interaction with the residents (who are absolutely pleasant). The only reason we come is for the price, convenience and of course, the in and out service. Definitely, not people friendly but satisfactory service.
