Absolutely love this studio and found it early on when I was 12 weeks pregnant. Each teacher is welcoming and gives you the right amount of attention based on your experience & adjustments needed. Saturdays with Pennie became my regular routine and I was able to keep attending classes until 38 weeks! They really care about the safety of all students while also getting a proper Pilates class that hit every area intended through specific movements. I can’t wait to return as a part of my postpartum recovery.

Over the years, I have been to several different Pilates studios in Houston, but none begin to compare to 713 Pilates. The owner, Krista has equipped her studio with not just the requisite reformer, but towers/jump boards too. And the studio itself, is spacious..so no need to be aware of flying, neighbor legs. All of the instructors are Pilates certified trained from credible, intensive certification programs. (many place in Houston claim to be Pilates, but their instructors are NOT Pilates trained/certified). So I do feel comfortable and assured that any class I take at 713 Pilates will be excellent and truly Pilates. And Krista, herself, is engaged in every way in making... read full review

I was looking for a classical Pilates studio in the area and came upon this gem almost a year ago. Krista, the owner, is a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor who’s been in the Pilates business for more than 20 years. I highly recommend taking her class first if you’re new to Pilates. Lauren has been my go-to instructor for private sessions but ALL of the instructors are very knowledgeable and teach each apparatus with safety in mind. Thank you!
